CP38x 故 障 分 析 故障码的读取: CP38x板可储存20个故障码.存满20个后,最早发生的故障码将被删除而用于记录新发生的故障码.由于有些程序版本不同,某些故障码的发生则不会被记录. 每一个故障码含有以下信息:E/C代码、INFO,PHASE,POS及发生时刻. 用PMC可读取、记录全部故障码信息,没有PMC也可在CP38x板上直接读取E/C代码和INPO. 在检查E/C时不应忽略INPO,PHASE,POS及发生时刻等数据.否则不能正确全面地分析. INPO: S: 选层及走行方向、 W: 载重及走行方向、 V: 速度状态、 OP: 运行模式、 R: 2IR动作状态、 PHASE: 是表示电梯处于运行的状态(见状态表) POS: 是表示电梯处于运行在井道中的位置(见位置表) 发生时刻: 是故障码发生的时刻(是分析故障发生状态的重要依据):月日时分秒. 故障码的分析 故障码的分类: 0□: 通信信息异常. 1□: 井道信息装置异常:2IR、3ME、3IR、LS、SD. 2□: 力矩控制、速度控制异常:编码器、主电脑板、变频器. 3□: 速度控制异常. 4□: 平层信息异常. 5□: 安全保护装置异常:终端限位、门、安全回路、LS、运行模式. 6□: 继电器、接触器异常. 7□: 门异常. 8□: MILNET通讯异常. 9□: 扩展通讯异常. A□: FD/AJ调整异常. B□: 选层器信息异常. C□: 门辅助装置异常、控制继电器异常. D□: 制动器、夹绳器异常. E□: 载重信息、高速休止报警.
